My Vision

To bring the knowledge and experience I have acquired over decades as a Safety Professional in construction, manufacturing and industrial fields, in assisting your company with developing and managing a Class A Safety and Health Program.

My focus is the small to mid-size companies that do not have a full time Health and Safety Officer.

As a part time Consultant, I will work with your Managers to guide them through the process of:

· Writing a complete Safety Program and a Hazards Communication Program

Including a site risk analysis and an OSHA review of your facility

· Developing an Emergency Action Plan

· Setting up and monitoring a safety training program

Comprehensive Plan

  • Perform an on-site Job Analysis, a chemical inventory and a review of your OSHA 300 forms in order to develop the programs and plans required by OSHA, tailored to your company
  • Develop a training program customized to your company's individual requirements, including individual testing to show that the employees know and understand every element of your safety program
  • Work with your management and supervisors to ensure the performance of their team is in compliance to the program and to improve it, as needed
  • Perform post-accident and near miss incident investigations to find the root cause and develop improved procedures to avoid future incidents
